"Free-form" ravioli with beef, goat cheese, and tomatoes. Serve with a "fun salad" - leafy green/nut/fruit (berries preferred). These ravioli are freakishly filling, so have the salad first!

The only "sauce" on top is a little drizzle of red wine vinaigrette, so some people might find them a little dry (I thought they were fine).

Try it with mushrooms next time?
