How to Make a Jack-O-Lantern, with Kathleen and Kelle!
Step 1:

Buy a pumpkin. Heck, buy two.
Step 2:

Cut open the top.
Step 3:

Scoop out all the junk inside.
Step 3a (optional):

Separate out the seeds from the other junk. Properly roasted and seasoned, pumpkin seeds can be a delicious snack treat!
Step 4:

Contemplate your pumpkin. What does it say? What does it want to say? What do you want it to say?
Step 5:

Sketch out your design on a separate piece of paper. Experiment! Be creative! Don't be afraid to go crazy!
Step 6:

Once you've decided on your design, draw the design on the pumpkin.

Step 6a (optional):

Take a break!

Step 7:

Cut out your design.

Once you're done, you should probably go back and "clean up" some of your lines and cuts to make sure everything looks perfect.
Step 8:

Light a couple tea candles and stick them inside. And you're done!

The proud parents.
Step 9: Clean up your mess. Apologize as appropriate to any parents, guardians, wardens, etc. for having played with knives, fire, et. al.
This has been How to Make a Jack-O-Lantern, with Kathleen and Kelle. Happy Halloween!
