Kaiyodo/Revoltech VF-1J Super Valkyrie (Macross).

"Free-form" ravioli with beef, goat cheese, and tomatoes. Serve with a "fun salad" - leafy green/nut/fruit (berries preferred). These ravioli are freakishly filling, so have the salad first!

The only "sauce" on top is a little drizzle of red wine vinaigrette, so some people might find them a little dry (I thought they were fine).

Try it with mushrooms next time?

Especially note the scattering of Star Wars/Transformers/etc. toys salvaged during a recent visit to the 'rentals.

It's a great con - about the size of the first NYCC, not terribly crowded, some good programs and screenings. I'm more than a little disappointed that the screening of Makoto Shinkai's 5cm Per Second is canceled at the last minute with zero explanation, but such things happen.
